The 1.5” thick premium handwoven coco doormats are the best of the bunch, pack the most amount of coco fibre in a tightly handwoven shape.
These mats are made by taking eco friendly coconut husk fibres and hand weaving them together, making each mat one of a kind. These sustainably produced mats pack twice the amount of fabric as the BR quality mats into the same space, making them dense and luxurious. These doormat will immediately elevate the look of any doorway.
PThese 1” thick handwoven coco mats are a scaled down version of the Premium handwoven coco mats.
With the thickness being the major difference, these mats also feature a handwoven braid around the edges and are made entirely out of sustainably produced coconut husk fibers (a by-product of the coconut harvesting industry). Perfect for spaces that require a lower clearance, these mats can revitalize any doorway.
The ultra thin and modern version of our coco doormats are made by embedding the eco-friendly coco fibers into a PVC vinyl backing. The fibers, standing up, are sheared at a 5/8” thick height. This creates an even and attractive surface level that is extremely effective at scraping away dirt and debris from the bottom of shoes.
The vinyl backing also provides an added level of skid resistance and prevents water from leaking through to the bottom.

"The doormat itself seems well made and was delivered on time. However it was purchased to place on a painted pine front porch entrance. After a rain it never dried out and kept the surface underneath wet, not good for wood. A thinner mat would be better so I have purchased coco runner instead (by the foot at hardware stores). I have checked neighbourhood entrances that use this and it dries out more quickly. Not as well made or elegant but I think it will have to do."
