Where we ship

Currently we only ship to addresses within Canada & USA. If you live outside of these areas, please give us a call and we can certainly arrange to ship your order to you. 

The shipping price provided is an estimate that is accurate in most cases. To certain remote locations, the shipping cost may need to be altered and the customer will be contacted to either collect the additional amount or cancel the order with a full refund.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders over $200, however certain charges may be incurred based on the items or location of shipment. Please see below regarding the possible added surcharges.

Heavy Items Handling Surcharge

Because of the large variety of products we provide, we sometimes need to charge extra for our carriers to deliver such large items to you. On products where this is the case, it will be displayed on the product page under the add to cart button. The charge will be added to your order during the checkout process.

Remote Area Delivery Surcharge

Our mission is to service the entirety of Canada and USA with high quality matting products. However, since our coverage is over such a large area, some areas will incur a Remote Area Delivery Surcharge. If this charge is applicable to your order, it will be applied during the checkout process.

Delivery times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. Please refer to the individual product pages for lead times. If you would like expedited shipping, please choose that online or give us a call and place your order over the phone.

Delivery Attempt

1. Delivery Attempts
:
We understand that receiving your order is important to you. If one of our selected carriers has attempted to deliver your order more than three (3) times without success, we will need to apply a storage fee for each day starting the day after the third delivery attempt.
    2. Storage Fees:
    Storage fees will start accruing the day after the third delivery attempt. The daily storage fee is calculated based on the square footage (sqft) that the shipment takes up, considering the total size, thickness, and weight of the mat.
      3. Notification:
      We want to ensure you receive your order smoothly. During the second delivery attempt if it is still unsuccessful, we will personally reach out to you to resolve any issues. We will keep you informed about any potential storage fees and the start date of these charges through email and/or phone calls. Our goal is to make sure you are fully aware and have plenty of time to respond.
        4. Exceptions:
        We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are facing extenuating circumstances, please email us at sales@canadamats.ca and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis to best accommodate your needs.
          Note: This policy only applies to orders that do not have special delivery notes arranged by the consignee.

          Payment

          We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. If you would like to use an alternative form of payment such as Paypal, wire transfer, purchase order, call us at 800-624-0041.

          Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

          When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

          Confirmation of orders

          After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up.

          The order needs to be accepted by Canada Mats before the order is fulfilled. The acceptance process occurs after the customer's payment method has been authorized and debited. In some rare cases of errors in inventory, product, or pricing information on the website; orders may be refused by Canada Mats. In these cases, Canada Mats will fully refund the order, cancel the fulfillment, and notify the customer.

          Tax

          As an online retailer accepting and shipping orders across Canada, the list of taxes we need to collect based on your residence is as follows:

          We are required by law to charge tax on orders, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process.

          Price Matching

          We offer a Price Match option on almost any product. We do reserve the right to decline to match a price, but in most cases we will honor price match requests with other websites.

          In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:

          1) The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. Backorders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock.

          2) The item must be EXACTLY the same as the product you want to order from us. Same color, size, model, etc.

          3) Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches, either from our site or from a competitors coupon.

          4) Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge.

          5) The product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honored unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.

          6) The price match must be completed BEFORE you order the product from us. No price match requests will be honored on items that have already been ordered and/or shipped.

          If your request for a price match meets all the above guidelines, feel free to give us a call and we'll let you know if we can match the price! 99.9% of the time we will.

          Method of delivery

          The majority of items are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.
