"Arrived promptly, excellent quality, easy to set up"
"Ordered it in the summer. Won't test it till winter, but thier CRM system won't stop bugging you. So CRM system is major fail."
"Robust product"
"I bought 2 GFCI Power Units (120V) in order to heat all of my many mats and theyre both working perfectly. I also bought several Watertight Extension Cables 60" + shorter extensions and a couple of M/M and F/F extensions which are all working great"
"Bought this as the ice was piling up on my deck in front of the door. It melted the snow and ice down to the bare wood and is keeping it clear of the snow we seem to be getting every day."
"I had issues with the GFCI cord not working and Alka was great. We emailed a few times to determine the issue and without asking i had a notice for a new cord being shipped and a email from him."
"Easy hook up, easy to test and use. Peace of mind knowing it will shut down the mat if there is a problem."
"Good quality mats…. . put them on ramp leading to my home and has made the ramp safe."
"At least it arrived, although I have nothing to plug into it!"
"The product works great but I returned one order cm54768 which I haven’t been credited for as of yet. I would like it credited to my Visa card which was original form of payment"
