      "We've had this mat for over a week and it arrived rolled up. We unrolled the mat and left it on our living room floor for over a week. We put upside down tables on it hoping it would lay flat but it just won't. It is reasonably flat with waves in it. We moved it to the office that way and found it was very soft when rolling a chair over it. If you order this chair maybe consider the medium pile as it is thicker. I hope at least the waves come out of the mat over time."
