Cats in the Corner

Mark off a square play area.

The ball roller will be in the center of the square.

There are safe zones at each corner where players called “Cats” will be.

When the bowler calls “Cats in the Corner,” the Cats must run from one corner to another without getting hit by the rolling ball.

Players can move in any direction, including diagonally, as long as they avoid being hit.

Any "Cat" playerhit by the ball is out and goes into the centre to be a ball bowler.

For larger groups, multiple balls and bowlers can be used.
Say and Catch

With at least two players, decide on a category, such as animals, countries, or math questions.

Toss the ball back and forth among the players.

Each time a player catches the ball, they must name something from the chosen category or they are out.
