Very disappointed

"L'appareil ne chauffe pas beaucoup même au maximum. De plus, ce n'est pas celui qui est sur les photos. Je voulais commander le même que j'ai déjà chez moi et je me suis fiée aux photos. J'ai reçu un autre modèle, car dans les photos affichées, on voit 2 modèles différents, dont un qui est le mien et un autre qui ne correspondait pas au mien. C'est celui-là que j'ai reçu. Très décu."

Good but not great

"Pros: -Works well, Silent (no fan), does what it says, nice on your feet. Cons: -There is no automatic shut off. Very easy to forget and leave on and it will stay on for days until you notice you have left it on. I believe there is a safety switch to prevent overheating but I have used other similar devices that auto turn off after 8 hours. - The on/off switch cannot be turned on or off with your feet. So you need to get down on your hands and knees under your desk each time you want to turn on or off. I wish they used a switch instead of a dial. Canada Mats - Please fix these 2 issues and you go from a OK product to a GREAT product."

This is exactly what I was expecting!

"It has an adjustable incline but I use it laying flat. I have only used the low setting so far as I have not been wearing shoes while using it and it is certainly warm enough. I have laminate flooring and needed to put some pads on the bottom to keep it from sliding around. I would recommend this to anyone working at a desk for most of the day."
