How to Use:
Step 1 – Identify Proper Placement:
- Sit with your legs bent.
- Locate the fibular head by starting at the outer ankle bone and following the side of your leg upward. The bony spot just below the knee is where your peroneal nerve is located.
Step 2 – Apply Firefly:
- Peel off the plastic backing (save it for storage).
- Ensure the skin is clean and dry.
- Place the device so the raised indicator line is centered on the fibular head.
- Wrap the tail around the back of the calf, just below the knee crease.
Step 3 – Operate the Device:
- Press the “+” button to turn on. There are 7 intensity levels; indicator light flashes correspond to the level.
- Adjust intensity with “+” or “-” buttons until you feel a slight foot “flutter.”
- To turn off, press and hold the “-” button for 3 seconds.
- After use, replace the plastic backing for storage.
