"I have injuries in both knees and this mat has been a great comfort in relieving the pain from standing long times while cooking. They don't slide around much when placed on tile but can be shifted by foot when needed. They came with 2-sided tape if you want to use it. A damp cloth is all that's need to clean up any spills and water just sits on top."
