Vulcanization is the process of transforming raw rubber into a durable cured material through cross-linking of polymer chains under high heat and pressure.
End-of-life tires are recycled into tire crumb rubber, which is molded and vulcanized under high heat and pressure to create the final product.
Vulcanized rubber gym flooring offers a multitude of benefits for your gym. Its superior durability makes it ideal for high-traffic areas and heavy-duty workouts, including weightlifting and cardio exercises. This resilience stems from the vulcanization process, which enhances the strength and elasticity of the rubber.
Vulcanized rubber flooring provides an excellent grip and stable surface, reducing the risk of slips and falls during workouts, contributing to a safer exercise environment. Its high-density structure also ensures excellent impact absorption, protecting your gym's subfloors from damage due to dropped weights.
This type of flooring is resistant to moisture and easy to clean, making gym maintenance simpler. It's also available in various colours and patterns, allowing you to customize your gym's aesthetic.
Our gym flooring is made from vulcanized virgin rubber. It is recycled and making it an eco-friendly choice for your gym.
Foam and rubber gym flooring tiles cater to different fitness needs. Foam tiles, with their softness, are ideal for floor exercises like sit-ups and planks, or for creating safe play areas for children. However, if you plan to install cardio or strength training equipment such as treadmills, weight machines, dumbbells, barbells, or squat racks, we highly recommend our Stamina gym flooring. Its durability and stability provide the perfect lifting surface for exercises like deadlifts, squats, and bench presses. Additionally, rubber gym flooring offers a stable base for cardio and strength machines, ensuring they remain sturdy and don't leave imprints on the floor beneath, no matter how much weight is applied. This ensures that your underlying floor is always protected.
To figure out the amount of Gym Flooring you'll need, simply measure the length and width of your desired gym area. This calculation will give you the floor coverage area. Please also consider factors such as your existing floor type, room shape, room temperature, and even provide cost-effective layout suggestions.

"Great product, loving it"
"Okay so far, sturdy but material is already crumbling off on the bottom surface, I like how they are mostly firm, not as firm as Rogue's 1. 5in gym tiles, but great alternative considering the shipping from Rogue to Canada is so cost prohibitive. Will see how well they perform after a few years under squat rack and as a deadlift platform, but overall happy thus far."
"These rubber mats are perfect for my rogue platform 🙂🙂🙂❤️So happy!"
"I'm somewhat disappointed with the design of the tiles. The material is fantastic, but holes are only drilled on two opposite sides of the tile, making it impossible to affix tiles to each other in both directions. The edge pieces also have no holes whatsoever, meaning that your options are to leave them loose, glue them down, or drill the holes yourself. I had to spend about four hours custom measuring and drilling holes on top of anticipated tile cutting and dry fitting to prevent the edge pieces from shifting around. Also considering the raised pattern on the underside of the tiles, a waffle frame at the mating corners may be a better option than dowels if the idea is to make the tiles more customizable and removable. Tldr: needs a better design for the price"
"Made a deadlift Platform out of these mats and they're great! Would definitely buy more in the future."
"We bought these mats to go under our new rebounder. We're on the second floor of a house and didn't want to disturb our neighbours. The mats helped to muffle a lot of the sound and also look great. There is a rubber smell at first but that is to be expected."
"I’m very satisfied, really good product. I feel very stable on them while doing deadlift ( i bought them for this exercice). Very happy!"
"Needed a basement floor to deadlift on. I don’t have bumper plates. These mats are awesome. Probably going to get more. I didn’t know how good Matts would be addictive"
