Sure they know all there is to know about relaxing, de-stressing, taking a chill pill (if you know what we mean) and spirituality. There is a world of stuff they can teach you but for that you have to be alive. And to be alive you have to breath. And if you are holding your breath, all of this ain't going to happen. Better let them beat it...unless you want to run them a bath, which by the way, would be just too unsettling for them.

Maintenance
